'Sir I have an immense quest to know from your Holiness " what is the truth" Kindly throw some light on this point.
TRUTH IS THAT WHICH REMAINS ALWAYS A TRUTH AT ALL TIMES - PAST , PRESENT AND IN ALL
TIMES TO COME IN THE FUTURE - AND THAT IS ONLY GOD . HENCE GOD IS THE ONLY TRUTH IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE AND THERE IS NO OTHER TRUTH BEYOND HIM .
The Ninth Guru of Sikhs , Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji says it like this :
ijau supnw Aru pyKnw AYsy jg kau jwin ]
ji-o supnaa ar paykhnaa aisay jag ka-o jaan.
Like a dream and a show, so is this world, you must know.
ien mY kCu swco nhI nwnk ibnu Bgvwn ]23]
in mai kachh saacho nahee naanak bin bhagvaan. ||23||
None of this is true, O Nanak, without God. ||23|| "
This is an eternal truth very rightly quoted.
ReplyDeleteBut the strange Irony is that even when everybody knows this and has a perfect information that one day HE HAS TO LEAVE, still one keeps on clinging to his things as if they will be there with him forever.
Even after so much learning and teaching being given to the man each and every day, he is not able to get this simple truth that THIS WILL ALL DISAPPEAR one day just like that.
As I have learned, the most important meditation to be learned in one's life is -
"TO REALIZE THAT ITS A DREAM WHILE WATCHING THE DREAM"
Cos there is no use if you accept that it was a dream after it gets over.........
We are not going to meet after we die, so its better we accept the truth right here only.
So as rightly said in the article,
"We should wake up in the dream without even disturbing it"
Its difficult but thats the only solution.
I hope I was able to express myself.
HIS BLESSINGS
